External rotation

Physiotherapy in Kitchener for Hip

Lay on your back, and bend your right knee. 

Place your right foot on left knee or on a bed just inside your left knee. 

Allow your right knee and thigh to open to the right and lower down toward the bed.

Once you feel a stretch hold the stretch. 

You may also place a folded pillow under the right knee for support to allow your inner thigh and hip muscles to relax into the stretch.

Hold and repeat as advised by your Kitchener Physiotherapy & Wellness physiotherapist.
